How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Please use the link within the email to track your order.
Also, if you created an account when making an order, you can log into your account to find your tracking information.
Why doesn't my tracking number work?
Typically, if the tracking number does not work it could be 2 likely circumstances:
The Canada Post website has not yet updated its system to include your tracking number. Please allow till the end of the day.
Please ensure that the tracking number is typed correctly.
